This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with automotive dealerships and repair shops by providing outstanding service and continuous support in person.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of dealership and shop operations concerning the buying and selling of auto parts, identifying key challenges, and devising solutions to enhance business interactions.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at meeting or surpassing sales goals while broadening our customer base.
• Foster market expansion through cold calling, networking, negotiating, and successfully closing deals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product information, and the competitive landscape.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and client engagements, providing regular updates and detailed reports to clients on a daily and weekly basis.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong capability to build and maintain high-level business relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales with a proven history of closing deals successfully.
• Preferred experience in the automotive parts sector.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Willingness and capability to travel within the designated territory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with CRM systems.
