This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities throughout the United States
• Establish and nurture relationships with body shops, insurance partners, and dealerships
• Meet with potential clients to present and promote DCCHail services
• Oversee the onboarding process and setup of new accounts
• Travel frequently during hail season (approximately 50%)
• Network and represent the company at industry events and during market visits
• Formulate strategic partnerships to foster long-term growth
• Perform additional duties as necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in body shops and/or hail repair is highly advantageous
• Background in the automotive or insurance industry is preferred
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Self-driven, resourceful, and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Readiness and willingness to travel frequently
• Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + commission
