• Drive clinical excellence and innovation for a rapidly expanding nationwide hearing healthcare organization.

• Create and uphold clinical standards throughout a national network.

• Design and enhance a comprehensive teleaudiology model.

• Supervise the organization's teleaudiology department, professional development programs, and sales training teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Ph.D. in Audiology, Speech & Hearing Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Current audiology licensure in good standing.

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hearing healthcare, audiology operations, telehealth, or multi-site healthcare settings.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale clinical operations and provider teams.

• Background in developing and implementing clinical standards, training initiatives, and operational workflows.

• Strong knowledge of teleaudiology, remote care delivery models, and healthcare technology integration.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

• Solid business acumen with the capability to balance clinical excellence and operational effectiveness.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
