Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and management of programs across the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region, which includes Delaware County, Philadelphia, Delaware, and New Jersey.

• Deliver services to participants.

• Lead personnel management and inspire team motivation.

• Administer budgets, finances, and operational results across various programs and areas.

• Support the ongoing growth of the agency while ensuring quality and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Uphold the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

• Collaborate with state agencies, county governments, managed care organizations, school districts, and funding and referral entities.

• Engage in frequent travel throughout the designated Mid-Atlantic region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record in staff management and motivation.

• Relevant experience in community-based agency programs, such as advocacy services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternatives to detention/aftercare.

• Preferred experience in a senior leadership capacity that includes budget oversight, financial management, and operational results across multiple programs and regions.

• Experience collaborating with state agencies, county governments, managed care organizations, school districts, and other funding and referral sources is desirable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various database software systems.

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is advantageous.

• Access to reliable and insured transportation.

• Current auto insurance is required.

• A valid driver's license must be maintained.

• At least 5 years of senior-level management experience overseeing multiple programs and regions.

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, education, or a related field.

• Advanced bilingual/Spanish speaking skills are preferred as an additional asset.

• Basic computer skills are necessary.
