Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive development and management of programs in the Southeast Region.

• Supervise participant services.

• Oversee staff management.

• Administer budgets.

• Continue the advancement of the agency.

• Ensure quality assurance and improvement.

• Execute the mission of Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

• Manage multiple programs and regions.

• Travel regularly throughout the designated Southeast area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record in staff management and motivation.

• Relevant experience in community-based agency programs such as advocacy services, community reintegration/re-entry, and knowledge of alternatives to detention/aftercare.

• Preferred background in a senior leadership capacity, handling budgets, financials, and operational outcomes across multiple programs and regions.

• Experience collaborating with state agencies, county governments, managed care, school districts, and other funding and referral sources is desirable.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other database management systems.

• Familiarity with an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is an advantage.

• Access to reliable, insured transportation.

• Current auto insurance coverage is required.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.

• At least 5 years of senior-level management experience supervising multiple programs and regions.

• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, education, or a related field.

• Advanced bilingual/Spanish speaking skills are preferred and considered a plus.
