This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a specified growth objective for a portfolio of Transformation-focused EXL Health solutions (such as digital clinical operations, omni-channel engagement, payment integrity, and collections).
• Develop and oversee a revenue and pipeline strategy for the next 12–24 months across both current accounts and new target logos, collaborating closely with Sales and Finance.
• For established clients, serve as a growth partner to account teams and the COO, pinpointing 2–3 new Transformation/AI/digital value initiatives annually and advancing them from pilot to full-scale implementation.
• Systematically broaden relationships from the COO to the wider CXO suite (CFO, CMO/Chief Experience, CIO/CDO, clinical leaders) for existing and prospective clients around a unified value narrative.
• Define and refine a targeted set of EXL Healthcare industry solutions and transformation themes (including care management modernization, digital front door, payment integrity, and digital clinical operations).
• Lead focused consulting-style projects to formulate proactive, non-RFP transformation proposals: identify client challenges, quantify value, design multi-year roadmaps, and initiate deals that EXL presents to clients prior to formal RFPs.
• Collaborate with analytics/AI, digital, and operations leaders to ensure these solutions are feasible, scalable, and distinct.
• Act as the ‘Forward Deployed Engineering’ Specialist for strategic clients by coaching and mentoring a small team in India that develops 2–3 day turnaround demos and light prototypes customized for specific clients and two clear value propositions per pursuit (for example, denial-related cost reduction and digital engagement uplift).
• Incorporate demos into pursuits, CXO workshops, and RFP responses to distinguish EXL’s “data + AI + operations” narrative and expedite sales cycles.
• Coordinate with Healthcare BU leadership, Analytics/AI, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure that solutions, demos, and narratives are coherent and ready for the field.
• Establish a straightforward schedule for portfolio, pipeline, and solution reviews to monitor progress, identify risks and learnings, and replicate successful strategies across accounts.
• Over 20 years of experience in healthcare, analytics, digital, or consulting roles, including leading intricate, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives for payers and/or providers.
• Profound understanding of the US healthcare economics, operations, and regulatory landscape, with practical experience in at least two areas such as care management, utilization management, claims adjudication, payment integrity, revenue cycle, or member engagement.
• Strong familiarity with data, analytics, and AI/ML concepts and their application within healthcare operations; capable of translating technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution development, originating and closing large, multi-year transformation contracts (including proactive, non-RFP opportunities).
• Proven ability to establish and cultivate C-suite relationships (COO, CFO, CMO/Chief Experience, CIO/CDO, clinical leaders) and to navigate complex, matrixed client organizations.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and decision-ready materials for both internal and client executives.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative skills; adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing conflicts, and aligning diverse stakeholders around common goals.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude with a readiness to prototype, iterate, and learn swiftly while maintaining strong commercial discipline.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment.
