The ideal candidate will know how to generate demand, influence end users, develop distributors, and establish sustainable aftermarket programs that enhance customer lifetime value.
• We seek an individual who perceives aftermarket as a strategic engine for growth rather than merely a support function.

- Implement VOC (Voice of Customer) processes to improve customer experience and aftermarket capture rates.
• **Team & Organizational Development**
- Cultivate and mentor future leaders within the organization.
- Partner with sales, engineering, operations, customer service, and product management.
- Set KPIs and accountability measures that promote profitable growth.

- Experience working through independent distribution channels.

- Leadership experience in national or regional sales organizations.
- Exposure to municipal, industrial, wastewater, agriculture, biogas, transportation, or OEM markets.
• **Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is strongly preferred.
- An MBA is advantageous.
• **Who Will Thrive Here**
• This position is tailored for an ambitious leader seeking more than a conventional VP role.

• The ideal candidate:
- Approaches challenges like a business owner.
- Understands both distribution and OEM sales channels.
- Enjoys establishing systems and building teams.
- Is driven by accountability and measurable growth.
- Seeks a visible pathway to executive leadership.
• **Career Growth Opportunity**
• Vogelsang USA is committed to developing leaders from within.
• This role provides direct exposure to executive decision-making, strategic planning, operational leadership, and company-wide growth initiatives.
