This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
β’ Develop and expand the Account Management function.
β’ Create and execute Simplistic's Account Management operational framework.
β’ Establish scalable processes, playbooks, reporting mechanisms, and tools.
β’ Design frameworks for account health and performance metrics.
β’ Continuously enhance systems that facilitate long-term client success and revenue growth.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Account Directors.
β’ Set clear performance expectations and provide opportunities for professional development.
β’ Offer ongoing coaching in account planning and client leadership.
β’ Propel revenue growth within existing accounts.
β’ Oversee account expansion and growth objectives.
β’ Identify prospects for both horizontal and linear development.
β’ Collaborate closely with Business Development and Sales teams.
β’ Lead strategic and quarterly business reviews for key clients.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with executive stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge Account Management with Delivery.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Business Development, Consulting, Agency Services, or similar client-facing commercial roles.
β’ Proven track record in leading and developing Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services teams.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving revenue growth through account expansion.
β’ Strong grasp of account planning, client retention, cross-sell strategies, and executive relationship management.
β’ Experience in creating processes, systems, and operational frameworks that facilitate scalable growth.
β’ Ability to navigate complex client environments and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
β’ Background in eCommerce, digital consulting, digital transformation, or agency settings utilizing the Shopify/Shopify Plus ecosystem.
β’ Experience supporting private equity-backed, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organizations.
β’ Familiarity with commercial forecasting, account profitability analysis, and strategic planning.
