This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Primary responsibility in Key Account Management and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Comprehensive support for assigned Key Accounts.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
• Participation in industry fairs and networking events.
• Proven success in Key Account Management, preferably in the e-commerce or software sector.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry with an interest in the latest trends and developments.
• Experience managing large accounts in IT-related fields.
• Capability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
