This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and maintain strategic and operational relationships with major distributors and online players to enhance brand awareness and ensure profitability.
• Regularly analyze customer information to identify and manage business risks and opportunities.
• Lead annual and price-related negotiations, portfolio management, 365° sustainability activation and optimization, data exchange, forecasting, and joint business planning.
• Persuasively present the value of our hygiene and table paper solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, (digital) Customer Marketing, and Commercial Development to align operational plans and sales-related activities, aiming for profitable growth at the total omni-channel account level.
• Bring the strategy to life both internally and externally, achieving objectives by establishing profitable, sustainable partnerships within defined segments.
• Participate in local and international IKA projects, representing the needs of the Dutch market.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and insights with local and international stakeholders as an internal 'Subject-Matter-Expert' (SME).
• Attend trade shows and events.
• Actively network.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Key Account Management.
• Experienced in operating within a cross-functional team and sensitive to cultural differences.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis, proficient in Microsoft programs, and excelling in presentations.
• Demonstrable experience in Business Development and affinity with online pure players is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of customer journey, analytics, activation, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong in relationship management and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Familiar with CRM systems.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
