This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifies and explores high-value new applications or emerging market opportunities.
• Manages customer relationships and facilitates communication between clients and internal Nordson teams.
• Travels to meet with current and prospective customers to represent Nordson Medical.
• Maintains existing accounts while establishing new ones.
• Prepares and submits reports on activities and results, including work plans, as well as quarterly and annual territorial analyses.
• Monitors the competition by collecting up-to-date market information on pricing, products, new launches, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies.
• Articulates the value proposition and collaborates with Product and Marketing teams to create essential tools that enhance Sales efficiency within the designated region.
• Collaborates with the global sales/account management organization and development teams to share insights on market and customer intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in sales within the medical device market in the assigned region (Europe).
• Familiarity with medical interventional products and knowledge of global medical OEMs and CMs, as well as local OEMs/CMs in the region.
• Proficient in English; fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
