This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic leader for university recruitment and inclusive talent collaborations.
• Implement OCHIN's university recruiting strategy, fostering sustainable talent pipelines.
• Build, nurture, and sustain strategic alliances with diverse educational institutions.
• Design and execute innovative strategies to attract talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various roles.
• Evaluate, analyze, and report on the ROI of recruiting partnerships and initiatives.
• Around 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with HBCUs, HSIs, and other talent communities.
• Expertise in developing university recruiting strategies.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and prioritization.
• Exceptional relationship-building, networking, consultative, and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and contemporary recruiting technologies.
• Deep commitment to mission-driven work and enhancing healthcare access and outcomes.
• 100% Remote.
