This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assess and report on the overall condition of rotating machinery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally through outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Utilize vibration analysis techniques to identify the root causes of equipment failures and devise customer-centric solutions to minimize downtime.
• Enhance the reliability and operational availability of manufacturing equipment at client facilities.
• Build and sustain robust customer relationships based on trust, respect, and dependability.
• Complete designated tasks proficiently with minimal supervision.
• Take on management responsibilities as required.
• Observe, learn, and collaborate with a team of Vibration Analysts.
• Occasional travel to customer sites as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business goals.
• ISO 18436 / VCAT Category II or III certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in vibration analysis is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
• Ideally possess a background in maintenance, reliability, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to engage with individuals at all levels within an organization.
• Proficiency in using modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Strong skills in customer service.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients.
• Highly driven with a solid work ethic.
• Must adhere to all relevant workplace safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including familiarity with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Comfortable collaborating with teammates and customers across different time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with a global team.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
