Vibration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and report on the overall condition of rotating machinery

• Assess temperature, vibration, and other data inputs to foresee and avert equipment failures

• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to interpret data and develop customer-focused solutions

• Formulate action items and preventive strategies to assist clients in minimizing equipment downtime

• Pursue VCAT 3 certification if it has not yet been attained

• Observe, learn, and work closely with Vibration Analysts

• Adhere to OSHA, safety guidelines, and company protocols

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned and directed

⛳️ Requirements

• VCAT 3 certification is preferred

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent experience is preferred

• Background in Millwork or a similar field is preferred

• Over 3 years of experience in vibration analysis is preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service is preferred

• Must currently reside in the Philippines

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite platforms

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels

• Strong customer service capabilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients

• High motivation and a robust work ethic

• Compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company standards
