Senior IAM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and optimize identity and access management (IAM) processes and solutions.

• Oversee the identity and access lifecycle: onboarding, modifications, offboarding, and periodic permission reviews.

• Manage roles, profiles, groups, and privileges by applying the principle of least privilege and segregation of duties.

• Analyze and resolve requests, incidents, and requirements related to identities and access.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

• Participate in recertification campaigns and access reviews, documenting evidence for audits.

• Collaborate in integrating applications and systems with IAM platforms and directory services.

• Monitor access controls, identify risks, and propose improvement actions.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and management reports.

• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, audit, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical or professional training in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM).

• Experience managing identities and permissions in Google Cloud IAM (GCP) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Knowledge of Active Directory on-premise, JumpCloud, or Okta.

• Proficient in identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

• Expertise in role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, segregation of duties, and privileged account management.

• Advanced Excel skills for analyzing permission matrices.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact directly with end-users.

• Basic SQL knowledge for querying access data and generating reports is desirable.

• Experience with PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea).

• Familiarity with IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar).

• Understanding of access audit standards: ISO 27001, NIST, or RAN 20-10.

• Experience in regulated industries with access recertification and audit processes.
