This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Accountable for responding to incoming technical and clinical application inquiries via calls and emails related to anesthesia and monitoring equipment from both internal and external sources.
• Offer essential technical and clinical support to internal teams for the development of new products.
• Collaborate directly with manufacturers and customers to manage service repairs, recommend preventative maintenance, and handle replacement items.
• Partner with sales agents to support sales recommendations, perform competitive product analyses, and assist in educating clients on product usage.
• Provide assistance to Service Technicians with parts identification and troubleshooting as required.
• Conduct Monitor or Anesthesia Machine in-service and/or demonstration training for customers as necessary.
• Help resolve installation queries or challenges as they arise.
• Support requested training or Continuing Education (CE) events when needed.
• Offer tools and training to new Service Technicians on monitoring and anesthesia as required.
• Participate in Regional or National Sales meetings upon request.
• Assign Work Order (RMA) numbers for customer repairs at Patterson Veterinary NRC.
• Invoice Work Orders once repairs are completed at Patterson Veterinary NRC.
• Perform order entry as necessary for both internal and external sources.
• Issue credits as needed, which includes adjusting inventory and quarantining vaporizers until credit processing is complete.
• Generate Outstanding Customer Returns reports from the vaporizer database and contact customers to track vaporizer returns, ensuring timely receipt.
• Investigate and review information on new or competitive products, updating matrices as necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Certification as a Veterinary Technician or an equivalent license or registration (LVT or RVT) is required.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience in anesthesia and monitoring is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
