This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets within the designated territory; cultivate and maintain customer trust and loyalty; efficiently manage company resources.
• Provide customized, scientifically accurate interactions (during business hours and meetings); enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term professional relationships; handle commercial documentation (rebates, discounts, paybacks); coordinate with wholesalers regarding customer inquiries and issues; convey scientific messages that align with marketing strategies.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities; utilize pre/post-call data, market research, and CRM systems to formulate action and call plans.
• Document activities and meeting notes in the CRM; submit expense reports and adverse event documentation; track monthly sales performance and adjust activities accordingly; protect company assets (vehicle, phone, computer, promotional budget).
• Relay market and competitive insights; collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and tactics; maintain professional skills through training and share best practices; engage in additional assignments as required.
• Ensure compliance with all activities and adherence to the code of conduct.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in the animal health sector or a related industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
• Native Czech speaker with intermediate English proficiency (both oral and written).
• Team-oriented individual capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Results-driven; focused on customers and patients; promotes collaboration; possesses professional competencies such as productive communication; advanced customer engagement; product knowledge and portfolio management; sales acumen; customer segmentation and targeting; negotiation and contracting skills.
