This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Identify and proactively secure new clients within the designated territory.
• Execute a comprehensive Value Selling Process from Prospecting through to Closure.
• Partner with team members, including Sales Engineers (SEs), Marketing, and Channel Partners, to formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Ensure precise and timely forecasting and updates are provided to the management team.
• Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service, including the escalation and coordination of support issues as necessary.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about the Cyber Security Industry and develop expertise in CrowdStrike products and services.
• Remain well-informed about the competitive landscape of CrowdStrike and effectively communicate the value of our solutions compared to relevant competitors in the Modern Endpoint Protection market.
• Exhibit a proactive attitude, striving to surpass established targets and quotas.
• May require adjusted work hours to accommodate clients in different time zones, along with minimal travel for accounts needing a higher level of engagement for closure.
• Proven 5+ years of experience managing complete sales cycles in the Taiwan market.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with channel partners and possess a thorough understanding of channel-based go-to-market strategies.
• A successful history of selling complex technological solutions to commercial accounts, engaging with all levels, from C-level Executives down.
• Prior experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is advantageous.
• Possess a Challenger mentality.
• Exhibit a strong desire and determination to succeed in a rapidly growing environment.
• Excellent presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Open-minded and committed to continuous self-improvement, with the ability to quickly grasp new business and technical concepts.
• Persistent in approach – does not accept “no” for an answer.

• Capable of utilizing and mastering available tools and resources to enhance sales outcomes, such as virtual platforms, selling and prospecting tools, and channel partners.
• Self-disciplined – demonstrates effective time management, organization, and discipline in daily processes and business practices.
• Self-aware – possesses a clear understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in Business Traditional Mandarin is required for this role.
