This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Acquire new, high-quality clients through effective outbound strategies (Hunting) while also cross-selling and upselling to existing clients by delivering exceptional consultative sales.
• Identify business opportunities aimed at mid- to large-sized companies, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently achieve and surpass sales targets to drive revenue growth as an individual contributor.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle and execute an effective pipeline strategy, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, discovery, objection handling, development, negotiation, and closing.
• Provide prompt, detailed, and actionable feedback to management, product, and engineering teams to continuously enhance Jeeves’ platform features and financial service offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to create your own materials and boost conversion rates.
• Foster a seamless and value-driven client experience by working closely with a diverse portfolio of business owners to help achieve their financial objectives.
• Partner with Country & Regional Managers to establish, monitor, and exceed quota targets.
• A minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
• **__Fluent in English__**, as Jeeves is a global company where English serves as the primary internal communication language.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or investment banking early in your career, along with a background in a fast-growing startup, fintech, payments, or cross-border experience is strongly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
• An established network of transferable B2B relationships, ideally with mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups is essential.
• Proven ability to capture attention, present professionally, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, focusing on CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners.
• A successful history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A strong interest in building a career within a high-performing Sales team and understanding the components of a successful sales operation; readiness to commit to the necessary effort for success.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive). Excellent communication skills: we thrive on the challenge of engaging others, relating to them, and delivering professional value in every interaction. You will contribute to this dynamic.
