This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through extensive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person customer interactions.
• Recognize key decision makers and business drivers, and effectively deliver the Loadsmart pitch in an engaging manner.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial contact to successful onboarding within a dynamic sales environment.
• Skillfully assist customers through complex integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding procedures.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, collaborating with sales management to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
• Work closely with Loadsmart’s customer-success-oriented Account Management team to secure high long-term customer retention.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continually enhancing your sales abilities. Engage in regular role-playing, objection handling exercises, and pitch demonstrations. Proactively seek and implement constructive feedback and data analysis insights to refine your approach.
• Thoughtfully assess Loadsmart’s current product offerings and future roadmap. Actively communicate customer feedback and personal insights with Loadsmart's Product and Engineering teams to increase value for your customers.
• Become an authority on our business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and stay informed on industry developments.
• Actively participate as a member of our collaborative sales team, contributing to our culture of sales success.
• Direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS.
• Proficient in English.
• Capable of working autonomously with the ability to work independently.
• Over 3 years of direct sales experience in Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B Sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and project management skills.
• High enthusiasm and energy level.
• Experience thriving in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
• Willingness to operate in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork-focused setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
