This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and expand your client portfolio within the designated sales territory through personalized consultations and strategic agreements
• Ensure optimal product placement, design compelling promotions, and represent the brand professionally in retail environments
• Provide training to store personnel and act as the company's representative at trade fairs and events
• Organize routes and document activities using an iPad and online tools – ensuring a digital, efficient, and transparent process
• Evaluate competitor activities and market trends – identifying opportunities ahead of the competition
• Proven experience in field sales, retail, or general sales
• Excellent communication abilities, with a persuasive and customer-focused approach
• Self-sufficient, well-organized, and driven by targets
• Proficient in the German language, both in writing and speaking
• Valid class B driving license and proficient use of iPhone and iPad
• Reside in one of the sales areas or be willing to relocate to the region
