This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Establish connections with clients through informed interactions, business discussions, and educational engagements.
• Generate new business within the current customer base and attract new clients to enhance overall territory revenue.
• Foster customer loyalty by effectively utilizing IDEXX products and services, including in-house and reference laboratory diagnostic solutions within the customer’s practice.
• Focus on a customer-centric selling approach to assist practices in increasing their diagnostic revenue with IDEXX as a valued partner.
• Drive year-over-year growth in diagnostic revenue within a designated territory.
• Convert customer needs into tailored diagnostic solutions.
• Market diagnostic equipment, tests, and services to clients.
• Boost the use of in-house diagnostic tests and assays, instrument consumables, and reference laboratory profiles and advanced tests among the territory's customer base.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets by acquiring new accounts and developing existing ones.
• Collaborate with IDEXX specialists to support new business acquisition as needed.
• Educate and train staff at veterinary clinics on products, services, and marketing initiatives, escalating issues to customer service as necessary.
• Cultivate and enhance partnerships with veterinary practice personnel.
• Uphold IDEXX's mission, values, and principles in all interactions with customers and markets.
• Present IDEXX values to clients in a professional manner, demonstrating knowledge of the industry, veterinary practice, customer needs, technology, operations, and processes.
• Complete all sales administration tasks, including fulfilling all Beacon requirements and territory management responsibilities.
• Participate in trade shows and educational events.
• Maintain and enhance medical and technical knowledge along with verbal proficiency regarding industry and IDEXX products and services.
• Optimize territory management for effective account coverage, including thorough account planning.
• Identify and confirm customer needs and expectations, communicating these to the marketing organization and business unit manager, along with recommendations for service level modifications for existing accounts.
• Report competitive matters to the marketing organization and business unit manager.
• Collaborate with laboratory operations to address customer inquiries and service challenges.
• Manage IDEXX expenses and resources in accordance with company guidelines and directives.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Proven strong sales and closing abilities.
• Established history of success in meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with customers, colleagues, and peers.
• Proven capacity to develop, grow, and manage customer relationships; experience with Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• Employs creativity in problem-solving and collaborates effectively with team partners to address customer requirements.
• Must demonstrate professional maturity and adapt to both independent and team-oriented environments.
• Possess a strong business acumen and drive to achieve results.

• Familiarity with the veterinary industry and/or veterinary diagnostics is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
