Veterinary Client Care and Pharmacy Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to veterinary pharmacy inquiries, appointment bookings, and general client support.

• Offer assistance for online veterinary pharmacy services, including prescription management and client education.

• Organize and coordinate appointments across various veterinary clinics.

• Conduct telephone triage, directing urgent and non-urgent inquiries to the appropriate channels.

• Provide personalized, high-quality communication with clients via phone, SMS, and email.

• Precisely record interactions in electronic medical records (EMR) and communication platforms.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by adjusting communication styles to reflect the unique culture of each hospital.

• Work alongside hospital teams to enhance workflows, address challenges, and improve the client experience.

• Achieve and surpass call center KPIs, including response time, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of veterinary experience (required) in roles such as technician, assistant, or client service.

• Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, hospital operations, and common medications.

• Experience in a call center, remote customer service, or client-facing role is preferred.

• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software (PIMS) and Microsoft Office.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email.

• Capability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.
