Executive Advisor, Pharmacy Consultants Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Managing daily interactions with pharmacy consultants and analytic vendors.

• Generating strategic insights through data analysis and reporting.

• Enhancing partnerships to foster business development.

• Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Broker Relations.

• Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, brokers, and client outcomes.

• Overseeing high-volume communication with vendors.

• Coordinating vendor RFP requests and ensuring prompt communication between vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Monitoring proposals, deliverables, payments, and reporting requests.

• Evaluating vendor performance and engagement trends.

• Establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships with key vendor partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in vendor management, account management, operations, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational capabilities to handle high volumes of communication and competing priorities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven track record of coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Analytical mindset with experience in building or interpreting reports and datasets.

• Proficiency in Excel or comparable tools; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and independently drive execution.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or a related field is preferred.

• Background in working with pharmacy consultants, data analytics, and pricing coordination is preferred.

• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

• Experience managing external partnerships or client-facing relationships is preferred.

• Exposure to financial tracking, invoicing, or commission processes is preferred.

• Six Sigma certification or similar experience utilizing data-driven methods to enhance process efficiency is preferred.
