This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales conversion goals while consistently transforming qualified Veteran leads into loyal clients.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up practices to optimize every conversion opportunity.
• Provide a premium intake experience that embodies Berry Law's commitment to serving warriors and champions.
• Keep precise, real-time records of all interactions with Veteran clients and sales activities.
• Implement Berry Law's established VA sales process with accuracy while continually enhancing skills through coaching, training, and self-evaluation.
• Foster a high-performance, competitive team atmosphere that aligns with Berry Law's mission and values.
• Demonstrated success in sales or other competitive, results-oriented environments.
• Background in customer service, sales, athletics, leadership roles, or military service.
• Comfortable navigating sales metrics, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team achievements.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative (preferred).
• Personal experience with the VA benefits system or military lifestyle (preferred).
• Experience working with Veteran communities (preferred).
• Background in government benefits, social services, or advocacy work (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.) (preferred).
• Previous intake, legal sales, or client-facing sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in consultative or solution-oriented selling (preferred).
• Experience dealing with high-stakes or emotionally sensitive client interactions (preferred).
