This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Primarily responsible for acquiring new customers: Independently identifying and reaching out to potential new clients within your sales territory.

• Technical consulting: Assessing individual customer needs and developing tailored solutions in the field of fluid technology.

• Sales negotiations: Conducting price negotiations and finalizing contracts within the approved framework.

• Market and competitive analysis: Monitoring and analyzing market trends as well as identifying new business opportunities.

• Reporting: Regularly reporting to sales management and executive leadership, while maintaining the CRM system.

• Existing customer care: Managing and expanding current customer relationships through targeted consulting and regular visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Automation Technology) at Matura/Abitur level or higher.

• Several years of experience in sales/outside sales, preferably in the B2B sector for industrial products (motors, valves, compressors, etc.).

• Residence within the sales area (German-speaking Switzerland or Western Austria).

• English language skills at B1 level.

• Willingness to travel, self-motivation, and goal orientation.

• Strong communication skills and negotiation prowess.

• Willingness to pursue further education and work independently.

• Professional demeanor.

• Class B driver's license and the option for remote work.
