This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for your territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Take ownership of clinic development and retention post-handoff, particularly focusing on clinics with fewer than 10 scripts per month.
• Identify and cultivate new business partnerships with healthcare providers, medical specialists, private practices, and clinical organizations.
• Foster and sustain relationships with prescribers and clinical teams.
• Conduct account evaluations to enhance satisfaction, promote retention, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Provide in-person educational presentations, including clinical lunch-and-learns and product discussions.
• Inform prescribers and healthcare teams about custom compounding solutions, dosage forms, and therapeutic options.
• Keep abreast of regional healthcare trends, provider preferences, and competitive activities.
• Track field sales activities, provider interactions, pipeline, and follow-up documentation in CRM software, such as HubSpot.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Customer Success, and Pharmacy Operations on campaigns, provider onboarding, and addressing customer needs.
• Represent Strive Pharmacy at medical conferences, provider education events, and professional networking functions.
• Ensure that all interactions and promotional activities adhere to company policies, healthcare compliance regulations, pharmaceutical advertising standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in field sales.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70–80%, within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently oversee a field territory, prioritize key accounts, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience selling 503A or 503B compounded pharmaceutical formulations, bioidentical hormone replacement therapies, dermatology products, anti-aging therapies, or integrative medicine solutions is preferred.
• A proven history of territory growth in pharmaceutical sales, specialty pharmacy, medical device, or healthcare provider services is preferred.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology, provider office workflows, and clinical sales processes is preferred.
• Established connections with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical clinics within assigned markets is preferred.
• Ability to engage in frequent automobile travel, visit medical offices, attend provider meetings, deliver educational presentations, and utilize computers for documentation.
• Capability to occasionally lift marketing materials, clinical display kits, and conference equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.
