Outside Sales Inspector – Hillsborough/Polk County

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with potential residential and commercial clients through door-to-door visits, phone calls, and personal interactions.

• Conduct thorough inspections for termites and rodents, covering all areas from the attic to the crawl space.

• Detect existing infestations and assess future risks.

• Evaluate findings and provide treatment recommendations.

• Prepare estimates and offer customized pest-control solutions.

• Monitor leads, record findings, and ensure successful deal closures.

• Keep abreast of the latest pest-control best practices and comply with Florida regulations.

• Achieve targets in inspections, sales, and acquiring new customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comfort with cold calling and a passion for meeting new individuals.

• Knowledge of home inspection is beneficial, or a strong willingness to learn.

• Strong communication skills that are clear, confident, and purposeful.

• Organized and accountable, with a readiness to develop professionally.

• 6–12 months of sales experience in pest control, home services, or related fields.

• Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license.

• Clean criminal history.

• Must be drug-free.

• Basic proficiency in mathematics.
