This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement territory business strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage clinic expansion and retention after the transition; earn a 10% commission on gross profit exceeding each clinic's baseline.
• Identify, engage, and build connections with healthcare providers, medical specialists, private practices, and clinical organizations.
• Foster and sustain relationships with existing prescribers and clinical teams.
• Perform regular account evaluations to enhance satisfaction, support retention, and uncover growth possibilities.
• Provide in-person educational sessions, clinical lunch-and-learns, and discussions about custom compounding solutions, dosage forms, and therapeutic options.
• Track regional healthcare trends, provider preferences, and competitive activities.
• Keep precise records of field sales, provider interactions, pipelines, and follow-ups in CRM software, including HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Pharmacy Operations on regional campaigns, provider onboarding, and customer needs.
• Represent Strive Pharmacy at medical conferences, provider education events, and professional networking functions.
• Ensure that provider interactions and promotional activities adhere to company policies, healthcare compliance standards, pharmaceutical advertising regulations, and HIPAA.
• Travel frequently within the assigned Houston territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in field sales.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 70–80%, within the designated territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency in modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to independently oversee a field territory, prioritize key accounts, and meet sales goals in a dynamic environment.
• Occasional physical ability to lift marketing materials, clinical display kits, and conference equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.
