This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management and expansion of your customer base within the sales territory – through personalized consulting and targeted discussions.
• Optimal shelf placement, creative promotions, and professional appearances in the market.
• Training of sales personnel and representative activities at trade fairs.
• Route planning and reporting via iPad & online tools – digital, efficient, and transparent.
• Analysis of competitors and trends – you identify opportunities before others do.
• Experience in field sales, distribution, or retail
• Strong communication skills, persuasive, and service-oriented
• Independent, organized, and goal-oriented
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Valid Class B driver's license + proficient use of iPhone & iPad
• You reside in one of our sales territories or are open to relocating to the region
