This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Telephonic acquisition of new customers: You will engage with companies in the electrical engineering sector and present our services.
• Educating & Persuading: Over the phone, you will demonstrate why social recruiting is the future and explain why we are the ideal partners.
• Scheduling appointments with prospects: You will qualify potential clients and arrange meetings for our consulting sessions.
• Relationship building: You will maintain contacts with prospects who may want to collaborate with us in the future.
• Strong communication skills: You are persuasive over the phone, able to listen attentively, and respond specifically to the needs of your conversation partner.
• Sales experience (nice to have): Initial experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory – we will teach you everything you need.
• Independence: You are self-reliant and can keep track of multiple tasks effectively.
