This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Sales & Consulting: Manage and expand your customer base within the sales area through personalized advice and targeted discussions.

• Brand Presence Development: Ensure optimal shelf placement, creative promotions, and professional market appearances.

• Engage Retailers: Conduct training for sales personnel and represent the company at trade fairs.

• Utilize Smart Data: Plan routes and generate reports using iPad & online tools – digital, efficient, and transparent.

• Market Insight: Analyze competitors and trends – you identify opportunities before others do.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field sales, distribution, or retail.

• Strong communication skills, persuasive and customer-oriented.

• Self-reliant, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.

• Class B driver's license and proficient use of iPhone & iPad.

• Reside in one of our sales territories or be open to relocating to the region.
