This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the active sales of AZAV-approved training courses and vocational retraining programs.
• Establishing sustainable relationships with employment agencies and job centers.
• Identifying needs and successfully placing our initiatives within the framework of labor market policy support.
• The goal is to achieve sustainable sales closures, stable partner relationships, and the successful enrollment in our programs.
• Conducting partner visits and managing relationships.
• Carrying out sales and needs discussions to identify labor market requirements.
• Close coordination with AZAV/Quality/Product teams.
• Experience in product communication, partner/key account management, or educational consulting (preferably in a labor market-related environment).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a professional demeanor.
• High level of empathy and solution-oriented thinking.
• Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel.
• Plus: Knowledge of AZAV/SGB III/education vouchers or a keen interest in quickly acquiring this knowledge (funding according to § 81 SGB III).
