This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• First Level Support for existing customers via inbound calls

• Technical assistance for issues related to TV, telephone, and internet services

• Tailored product advice and contract optimizations

• Engage in sales conversations during each call

• Collaborate within the Vodafone team at Zeitwert

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, preferably within the technical service sector of the telecommunications industry

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

• Consistently achieve sales targets

• Reliable availability during the specified working hours

• No secondary employment

• Excellent German language skills (C1 level)

• Residence in Germany

• No career changers; experience as a support and sales professional is required
