Asesor Call Center – Con o sin experiencia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact potential clients from other operators via phone to facilitate their transition to Entel.

• Manage the client porting process effectively.

• Work remotely from anywhere in Peru.

• Engage in a 12-day virtual training program.

• Adhere to the schedule from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of secondary education.

• No prior professional experience is necessary.

• Must possess a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD 8 or higher.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive required.

• Wired internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or more.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
