Benefits Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Handle a consistent volume of incoming calls

• Provide information about benefit programs, eligibility criteria, enrollment options, and coverage specifics

• Investigate and address participant questions utilizing various systems and resources

• Assess eligibility and assist participants in understanding the available benefit resources

• Accurately log interactions and maintain comprehensive records of participant inquiries and case activities

• Work collaboratively with team members and internal partners to address benefit-related issues

• Assist participants with a caring and professional demeanor, guiding them in making informed decisions regarding their benefits

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification

• Capable of successfully passing a criminal background check

• Strong organizational skills are required

• Excellent time management abilities are necessary

• A customer service-oriented mindset with clear, professional communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely is essential

• Must pass an internet speed test: download speed of 25 Mbps or higher, upload speed of 5 Mbps or higher, and Ping of 175 ms or lower

• Ability to connect via an ethernet cable to a modem or router is required

• Residency in Virginia is mandatory

• Must reside in a state where the compensation structure complies with relevant wage regulations

• Legally eligible to work in the United States (as inferred from U.S. applicant and hiring regulations)
