This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full ownership of one of the verticals and manage it as a business within ScaleSource.
• Generate and finalize your own contracts while establishing the sales system.
• Identify target audiences and create outreach strategies rather than merely executing them.
• Develop the prospect pipeline, CRM processes, scripts, and reporting from the ground up.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance the vertical's speed and consistency.
• Expand your team as the vertical grows.
• Take responsibility for the pod's performance — if targets are missed, the accountability lies with you.
• Conduct weekly scorecards and provide insights on what is effective and what needs improvement.
• Secure 6 new ScaleSource contracts within your first 90 days — personally.
• After the initial 90 days: aim for 4 or more contracts per month from the pod, with you responsible for all of them.
• Proven B2B sales experience, encompassing both outbound and inbound strategies.
• Experience in managing or coaching a sales team — with true accountability, not just oversight.
• Preferably, experience selling to business owners or decision-makers based in the U.S.
• Track record of owning a team's performance metrics, not just your personal quota.
• Capability to build sales systems, playbooks, and processes from scratch without predefined templates.
• Strong analytical skills — you monitor metrics, recognize patterns, and adapt accordingly.
• Regular use of AI tools to enhance speed, research, and team productivity.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Availability during U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred).
• $250 bonus for each new contract secured during the initial 90 days.
• $750 monthly bonus for every month that 4 new contracts are signed.
• An additional $250 bonus for each contract exceeding 4 in a single month.
• No limit on bonuses.
• Achievable annual target income of $30,000+ USD.
