This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators, focusing on high-value partners.
• Design and execute a tiered engagement strategy across the program network.
• Identify and refine value propositions customized for various partner segments.
• Oversee ongoing interactions with priority firms, including conducting business reviews, roadshows, and strategic discussions.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners within the venture ecosystem.
• Create and implement programs that facilitate portfolio company onboarding and engagement on Crunchbase.
• Develop activation materials such as onboarding guides, webinars, and co-branded content.
• Collaborate with firms to launch activation campaigns throughout their portfolios.
• Work alongside Product teams to enhance tools that support activation and data contribution.
• Monitor and improve the activation funnel from firm engagement to product adoption.
• Redesign program benefits and structure to foster sustained partner engagement.
• Assess and onboard new program participants while upholding quality standards.
• Create and manage program documentation, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Legal to implement initiatives.
• Oversee timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications for program initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including partner engagement, data contribution, and founder activation.
• Develop and refine attribution models linking program activities to product usage and revenue outcomes.
• Report on program performance and impact to leadership.
• Utilize data to guide program enhancements and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in partnerships, program management, venture capital operations, accelerator programs, or ecosystem development.
• Experience working with or within venture capital firms or startup ecosystems.
• Proven track record of developing programs or initiatives from inception to execution.
• Familiarity with user activation, growth funnels, or lifecycle programs is advantageous.
• Experience in SaaS, data platforms, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
