Venture Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for a selection of venture capital managers.

• Comprehend the unique stage, objectives, and operational requirements of each fund, assisting them in leveraging the VC Lab and Decile Group ecosystem.

• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, product, operations) to guarantee prompt and high-quality support.

• Monitor and manage interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes utilizing internal tools.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the experience of fund managers and communicate insights across the team.

• Continuously learn about the venture ecosystem and contribute to the improvement of products and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client operations within a high-touch SaaS or professional services environment.

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in venture capital, fund administration, startup finance, or a related ecosystem.

• Extensive digital literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools (CRMs, project tracking, finance systems, etc.).

• Demonstrated capability to navigate complex, cross-functional customer challenges while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; maintains professionalism in video calls and high-pressure situations.

• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and commitment to follow-through.

• Proactive and self-motivated — you ensure tasks are completed.

• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented, equipped with structured problem-solving abilities.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.

• Experience in accelerators, venture studios, or startup communities (Bonus/Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with fund formation, LP reporting, or legal documentation workflows (Bonus/Nice to Have).

• Multilingual or possesses a global perspective (Bonus/Nice to Have).
