This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to clients interested in commercial agreements with Claro (agreements with credit cards) to finalize Claro products such as equipment renewals.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 month of experience in a Call Center.

• Availability from 1 PM to 10 PM (including a one-hour break).

• Requirements for remote work and suitable tools:

• PC or Laptop: At least Core i3 or equivalent to Core i5, Ryzen 5.

• Minimum 8GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• HEADSET (USB headset).

• Wired internet speed of 40mb or more.
