This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Operates in a client-facing capacity to identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and participating in industry trade shows to achieve designated production targets.
• Develops and enhances client relationships through business activities, primarily via off-site, face-to-face meetings with clients, prospects, and leads.
• Conducts regular in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, present proposals, and demonstrate how offerings align with their needs.
• Fosters relationships with current clients to comprehend their requirements, address concerns, and cross-sell additional products.
• Maintains knowledge of all product offerings and effectively articulates the advantages of these products to customers.
• Communicates details regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures to both new and existing clients.
• Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals.
• Possesses and maintains an in-depth understanding of company product information.
• Remains informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities.
• Ensures that all necessary client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted punctually.
• Consistently meets monthly sales targets.
• Develops new business while maintaining existing business relationships.
• Provides timely and accurate sales reporting as needed.
• Regularly attends business/trade events as requested by management.
• Participates in company sales meetings.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related outside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting production sales goals.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other relevant sales tools.
