This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle management for designated categories, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, performance management, and renewals, with minimal oversight.
• Integrate ungoverned vendors into the Lexion intake process and governance framework, addressing tiering, BAA status, security intake, and renewal scheduling.
• Facilitate RFPs and competitive sourcing initiatives for vendor relationships of medium to high complexity.
• Identify and implement opportunities for contract consolidation across Fuze Health entities to minimize redundancy and leverage pricing advantages.
• Monitor and enforce vendor SLA commitments; escalate and document instances of vendor underperformance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Finance on all major contracts and new vendor onboarding processes.
• Maintain spend analytics and reporting for your portfolio, highlighting savings opportunities and risks on an ongoing basis.
• Assist with Workday integration requirements across vendor workflows.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related area.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of third-party vendors, suppliers, or service providers.
• Experience in leading contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and vendor performance management activities.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, SaaS, Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices, Financial Services, or similar industries.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Operations.
• Over 7 years of experience in Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Relationship Management is preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise-level vendor portfolios with annual expenditures exceeding $5M is preferred.
• Background in supporting technology, SaaS, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated-service vendors is preferred.
• Experience in leading enterprise RFPs and strategic sourcing efforts is preferred.
• Experience in implementing procurement, vendor governance, or contract management initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems is preferred.
