Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Overall oversight of activities related to the development, preparation, and revision of contracts and change orders.

• Manage a diverse range of clinical, services, and associated local and global contracts.

• Responsible for contract preparation by drafting and incorporating the budget, scope of work, and legal, financial, and operational terms.

• Ensure compliance with master agreements and provide guidance on contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of direct experience in CRO or pharmaceutical data, including sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
