This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual interactions, utilizing approved tools, to assist and clarify coverage requirements while educating the relevant provider staff on coverage expectations, coding and billing standards, prior authorization processes, and financial assistance resources.

• For aligned providers: provide education and services related to access, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and affordability of IBRX products.

• Act as a reimbursement expert for a specified geographic area and proactively communicate any changes to key stakeholders promptly.

• Anticipate and address reimbursement challenges within the assigned region.

• Educate healthcare professionals about the information and processes related to IBRX HUB Support Services.

• Attend and strategically plan key interactions at major industry conferences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing, Medical, and HUB services as needed.

• Meet targets and objectives established by senior leadership.

• Monitor and analyze HUB portal data for a specific geographic area.

• Support the training and ongoing education of cross-functional partners.

• Engage with customers in accordance with IBRX’s compliance policies and procedures.

• Carry out ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects as assigned to meet business needs and facilitate developmental opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the US pharmaceutical industry or other healthcare-related reimbursement roles is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in a market access capacity with customers is required.

• Experience with oncology or urology specialty product buy and bill reimbursement is preferred.

• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business partners is required.

• A current valid driver's license is essential and must be maintained.
