This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the acquisition, enhancement, and disposal of properties within the organization's portfolio.

• Emphasizing strategic planning, project and transaction planning and execution, along with customer management.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive property transaction management strategies.

• Generate reports and suggestions regarding current or potential office locations.

• Support the planning, organization, staffing, and management of regional projects.

• Track project budgets, scopes, and timelines.

• Oversee vendor management in relation to projects.

• Serve as the primary contact for RH and vendor personnel concerning regional real estate transactions.

• Conduct audits for contractual compliance, gather feedback from users, and relay information back to vendors.

• Collaborate with local management to assess and identify location requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in business, management, engineering, marketing, or sales is mandatory.

• Certifications in corporate or commercial real estate, project management, facilities management, and/or organizational behavior are preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate/commercial real estate and/or customer relationship management is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, and the ability to utilize financial modeling, project management, and lease tracking tools.

• Necessary training or experience in project management, property management, real estate transactions, leasing, and/or customer management.

• Experience at the mid-to-senior management level in professional staffing and/or sales operations is a significant advantage.
