This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for coordinating, executing, and overseeing the strategic initiatives of the Clinical Center of Excellence.
• Spearhead clinical project management efforts, facilitating data-informed decision-making, and ensuring top-notch execution of initiatives.
• Oversee projects from their initial conception to full implementation.
• Organize cross-functional workgroups, oversee project plans and timelines, and manage clinical and operational data.
• Assist in quality assurance and compliance initiatives, and develop dashboards and reports.
• Ensure that organizational priorities are in line with the company's clinical strategy.
• Monitor project risks and manage the department's project portfolio.
• Keep track of audit findings and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends that support executive decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and updates for executives regarding projects.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• At least 3 years of clinical ABA experience.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational behavior management, I/O psychology, project management, systems analysis, and more.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Experience with multi-state ABA service delivery organizations.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., BHCOE, CARF, ACQ).
• Proven experience leading extensive quality improvement initiatives.
• Regular travel is not necessary for this role.
• However, there may be instances such as conferences, work sessions, or retreats where travel would be appropriate or required.
• Such decisions will be made by the CCO/CEO.
