Workout Portfolio Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provides assistance to the designated Asset Recovery Group Relationship Manager(s) and Support Staff.

• Collaborates within a Regional Team dedicated to achieving excellence in effectively assessing and mitigating risk across all dimensions of the client relationship.

• Prepares comprehensive underwriting, credit presentations, Asset Quality Reports, and term sheets for restructures.

• Aids in the continuous monitoring of credits within their portfolio.

• Proactively identifies potential issues and addresses them with the Relationship Manager and/or Borrower.

• Engages in client meetings and can serve as a client-facing contact for ARG Borrowers.

• Works collaboratively with various parties to ensure a well-coordinated and timely closing/opening of restructures/deposits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• More than 2 years of relevant job experience, specifically in large corporate, commercial, or investment banking loan structuring (over $250MM in sales).

• Extensive experience in repetitive modeling preparation, including DCF with detailed utilization of past and future cash flows.

• Strong skills in data gathering and research.

• Ability to analyze complex and extensive data and present it in a clear and concise summary.

• Experience in developing financial covenants.

• Excellent understanding of commercial loan and deposit documentation with proficiency in documentation processes.

• Knowledgeable in all key commercial products and services.

• Capable of communicating professionally both verbally and in writing.
