Vendor Management Specialist – FSP Client Dedicated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance inventory management and vendor partnerships while ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

• Assess demand needs, oversee purchase orders, and execute continuous improvement strategies to support our goal of helping customers create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree with no prior experience necessary, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 2 years of experience in purchasing, material planning, or supply chain operations.

• Preferred fields of study include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• APICS certification or equivalent supply chain certifications are preferred.

• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle) and knowledgeable in MRP principles.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in forecasting, inventory optimization, and demand planning.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw logical conclusions.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.

• Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).

• Ability to effectively collaborate within a matrix organization.

• Project management experience is preferred.
