This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Manage a portfolio of medium to high-potential clients across self-service, traditional, and small retail channels;

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets;

• Guide and train new sales representatives;

• Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising actions, ensuring proper product display, including refrigerated items;

• Gather information on competitors, market trends, and business opportunities;

• Analyze performance reports and propose corrective actions.

• Completed high school education;

• Proficiency with technological tools such as smartphones;

• Familiarity with sales ERP tools;

• Previous experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the food sector;

• Basic knowledge of refrigerated products;

• Leadership skills and the ability to train and support less experienced colleagues;

• Own vehicle and willingness to travel short distances within the designated region;

• Strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and proactivity.

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields will be considered a plus.
