This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Receive and qualify leads provided by the marketing team.
• Conduct business meetings and present our solutions.
• Identify client needs and offer the best proposal.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with a focus on targets and growth.
• Utilize CRM for organizing the pipeline and tracking leads.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in consultative sales (resumes with less than 1 year of experience will not be considered).
• Experience with sales CRM (Kommo, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient with digital tools and remote sales via WhatsApp, email, and videoconferencing.
• Focus on targets, organization, and discipline in lead follow-up.
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication, or related fields (not mandatory but desirable).
